Confirmed List of Devices Which will get Android Lollipop Update Soon

Last Month, Google has officially launched its next generation mobile operating system called Android Lollipop along-with Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 tablet.These both devices are running on Android L and Google has confirmed that the next update will soon available for confirmed Android devices.

At Google I/O 2014, LG and Motorola, announced that they will release Android L update for its major Android devices and then HTC also confirmed its high-end devices which will get Android L update.


Recently, Google has officially confirmed a list of Android devices which will soon get Android L update including new Apps and new material design.To remind you, New Gmail 5.0 comes with Android L material design is now available for free download.

Here are confirmed list of Android devices :

Nexus devices will get Android L update first as Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 are already running on Android L.Wi-Fi versions of 2012 and 2013 Nexus 7, and Nexus 10 will get Android 5.0 Lollipop update on today, while cellular devices like the Nexus 4, Nexus 5 and 2013 Nexus 7 with LTE will soon get Android update.

Motorola has confirmed Android L update for its Moto X (Gen 2), Moto X (Gen 1.), Moto G (Gen 2.), Moto G (Gen 1.), Moto G 4G-LTE, Moto E, Droid Ultra, Droid Maxx, and Droid Mini.However, the company has not confirmed any official release date.

Google Play Services updated with new Material Design and new Google icons

Google has just released new update for Google Play Services for Android devices.It looks like Google updating their whole design and also Google Play Store Interface before releasing Android L.As we all know that Google has announced its next major Android Update called Android L this year and also Google shows some new features such as new material design and new user interface.

Well, Android L is still under developing stage but Google has already announced that Moto G, Moto X and Nexus 5 will get Android L update soon.LG and HTC also confirmed their devices.

Google Play Services gets its another major update.However Google has not confirmed any news regarding to new Play Service update.One of the identical change in this new update is new launcher icon for Settings.It seems like Google wants to change while design according to Android L design and its features.

How To Install Android 4.4 Kitkat Update on Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE GT-I9305N:
  1. Download zip file on your computer and extract it.
  2. Now turn off your device and reboot it in recovery mode by pressing volume down, home and power key.
  3. Now open Extracted files and open Odin tool.
  4. Keep in mind that "re-partition" is not checked.
  5. Click on PDA button  and select .tar.md5 file from the extracted zip file.
  6. Now it's time to connect your device.Connect your Samsung Galaxy S3 usign USB cabel(You should install Samsung USB drivers on your computer).
  7. If you already installed drivers then you will get "ADDED" message.If not then install drivers first and follow above step again.
