It is expected that the world's largest e-commerce giant Amazon, may close its services in India and China.According to recent new from Yahoo, we have confirmed that, Amazon is going to close its services in these two countries.Reports suggest that it happens due to "substantial uncertainties" in the interpretation of laws in the countries.

Amazon said in a regulatory filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC),

Flipkart is a very popular online shopping website in India and many companies launch its product through Flipkart in India.Recently, Xiaomi and Motorola launched its products on Flipkart and making effective sales online.

" There are substantial uncertainties regarding the interpretation of PRC and Indian laws and regulations, and it is possible that the government will ultimately take a view contrary to ours,"Amazon is the popular and world's largest shopping website in the world and from the last few years, it offering its services in India and China.But now it seems like Amazon may discontinue its online shopping services in India and China.Online retailers are allowed to operate in India only as market places rather than direct sellers.
