I am one of them who loves to send request to unknown people on Facebook.But this thing isn't possible with Facebook.You can't send friend requests to unknown people.This is a good feature specially for those who gets hundreds of useless friend requests.If you are trying to send unknown friend request after security warning then your account will be blocked.You can't send more friend request for few days/months.There are mainly three reasons why Facebook won't allows us to send friend request.
1.No Mutual Friends
2.Send too many Friend Requests
3.Too many rejected Friend Requests
We usually send friend requests and if it's not accepted it is kept in pending. If there are lots of pending requests it may lead to block.
Follow below steps :
1. Go to account settings.
2. Select "download a copy" option
3. Choose "expanded archive" from the next page opened and enter your password and click continue.
4. Select "start my archive".
5. After a few hours you will get the download link in your email.
5. Download the file "Facebook" and unzip it.
6. Open the folder html and then open "friend_requests.html".
7. You can see the list of your friend requests and pending lists. Now go to their accounts and click "cancel request".
